DMCA Copyright Policy

4-Share respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content hosted on 4-Share infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on 4-Share.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send your notice to our Support Center (select the "Abuse / DMCA" category).

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

Response Time

We process valid DMCA notices within 2 business days. Infringing content is removed or disabled promptly upon verification.
