1. Data We Collect
- Account data: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
- Usage data: We use zero-knowledge encryption, so we cannot view your file contents. We only track account status, such as whether your account is free or paid.
- File metadata: File name, size, MIME type, and share token. File content is stored on the configured storage backend.
- Payment data: We use cryptocurrency transaction hashes and payment status. We never store any other details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the file-sharing and subscription service.
- To track download allowance and storage usage. We do not have access to your file contents.
- To send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, payment updates). We do not send marketing emails at all.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not display third-party ads on this platform.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies are set. You can delete your session cookie by signing out or clearing your browser cookies.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted files are removed from storage immediately. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting Support.
You are the only one with full access to your files. On our side, your data is encrypted and unreadable, so we cannot back up or restore deleted files unless you provide the encryption key.
6. Security
Your account password and files are protected with military-grade encryption. Encryption happens in the browser, so your ISP cannot monitor a readable version of your files. The files are stored on our server as encrypted data, which means we cannot read them. Only you, or someone with a shared link you create, can access them.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us via our Support Center to exercise these rights.
