You agree not to use 4-Share to upload, share, or distribute:

- Malware, ransomware, exploits, or any software designed to harm others.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
- Illegal content under the laws of your jurisdiction or ours.
- Spam, phishing material, or fraudulent content.
Violations will result in immediate account termination.

3. Payments
Plan purchases are processed via cryptocurrency transfer. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered within 24 hours after payment — contact Support. Prices are displayed in USD; the equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the current rate shown at checkout.
4. Storage & Availability
Storage quotas are enforced per plan. We reserve the right to delete files that are reported for violating our policies. We aim for 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, issue chargebacks, or engage in abusive behavior toward the platform or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
4-Share is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of 4-Share after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
